What is it?

This defect appears like there is a bend on the side of the coil where the impact occurred. It can also be known as a smashed coil or a damaged ID. The cause of this defect is usually due to the coil being dropped or lowered to the floor too quickly. In most common cases, the deformation happens on one side of the coil, and is noticeable at first sight.
