Steel that is considered obsolete or non-prime by manufacturers, mills, and end users. This can also be leftover steel from projects, or excess inventory. This steel may have minor defects, but plenty of useable life left. Excess/surplus steel offers customers economic benefits, as well as environmental benefits such as decreasing their carbon footprint.
