What is it?

Similar to a Rockwell test, an Olsen Test measures the levels of ductility and drawing properties of the steel by stretching the material over a hemispherical tool to form a cup. This simulates a deep drawing operation. The Olsen Test is ideal to determine how deep the material can be stretched before cracking.
